This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Solar Nest are processed, dispatched, and delivered.

1. Courier Partner

All orders are shipped via Aramex, our trusted courier partner, on a store-to-door basis.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • 8-15 business days, depending on your location and Aramex's operational capacity.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier volumes, weather, public holidays, customs (where applicable), remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and handed over to Aramex within 6-9 business days of payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched and handed to Aramex.

4. Liability for Delays

Once an order has been handed over to Aramex, SolarNest is no longer responsible for delays in delivery. Aramex is an independent courier service, and any delays, mishandling, or disruptions occurring during transit are the responsibility of Aramex.

If your order is significantly delayed, we encourage you to use the tracking number provided to follow up directly with Aramex. We are happy to assist by liaising with Aramex on your behalf where possible, but we cannot guarantee outcomes or timeframes once goods are in their custody.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order, unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your shipment directly through Aramex's website or app using this number.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels in Transit

While liability for delays sits with Aramex once goods are handed over, if your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at solarnestofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details, and we will assist in lodging a claim with Aramex.

8. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Solar Nest is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
